V V Shenoy is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and a founder member of the Firm. He started the firm in the name of V Shenoy & Associates in the year 1984 as a proprietary concern. Mr Shenoy is a B.Com. Graduate and has Completed Chartered Accountancy Course in the year 1976. After qualifying he worked for 8 years in the Taj Luxury Hotels as Senior Accounts Executive. He has completed the Certificate Course on Audit of Co-operative Societies conducted by WIRC of ICAI.
Presently he is looking after the Bank Audit and Direct Tax Matters of the Firm.

Mr Hemant Shah is a Fellow Chartered Accountant qualified in November 2001.
He has also Completed post-qualification course of DISA (ISA) in November 2003. He has also completed the Certificate Course on Audit of Co-operative Societies conducted by WIRC of ICAI.
Prior to joining the firm in the year 2009 as Partner, he was working with another mid-sized Chartered Accountancy firm. Over the years he has gained the practical knowledge of Audit, taxation, Advisory and Management Services. He has also done Statutory Central Audits of Nationalised Bank.
Presently he is responsible for the International Taxation, Service Tax, Direct Tax Matters, Advisory, Management Consultancy and Due Diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mr Prasad Petare is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and completed his Chartered Accountancy Course in May 2002.
He has Completed post-qualification course of DISA (ISA) in November 2003 and has also done course of ISO 9000:2000 Series Auditor / Lead Auditor. He has completed the Certificate Course on Audit of Co-operative Societies conducted by WIRC of ICAI.
He has also acquired knowledge of IFRS and done Certificate course on IFRS.
After becoming the CA, he continued to be in practicing field and became Partner of VPH in 2009. He has worked in the areas of Audit, Taxation, Accounting and MVAT. He has also done Statutory Central Audits of Nationalised Bank.
He is handling the Audit & Assurance service both, Statutory & Internal and Management Audit. He is also handling the Audits of large Multi-State Co-operative Societies and offers Consultancy in the field of Co-operatives.

K S Raghavan, FCA

Mr K S Raghavan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of 1975 Batch. After Qualifying, he joined Union Bank of India as a Senior Manger and scaled upto DGM. He served for more than 25 years in various areas in the Bank like, Treasury, Credit Monitoring and Appraisal, Accounts and Inspection Department. Before taking VRS from the Bank in the Year 2001, he had worked as Zonal Head in Union Bank of India.
After taking VRS from the bank he stared Chartered Accountancy practice and mainly focussed on the Bank Audits. He has also done Statutory Central Audits of Nationalised Bank.
He joined the VPH as partner in 2015 and presently looking after the Bank Audit Department of the Firm.

V Raghavendran, FCA

Mr Raghavendran is in the Practice of Chartered Accountancy since 1976. He has gained good exposure in the field of Audit, Taxation and Karnataka VAT matters.
He merged with VPH in 2015 and is presently looking after Mangalore Branch operation of the Firm.

ANITA YADAV, B.Com., ACA

Anita completed her Chartered Accountancy course in May 2006. After doing CA she worked in Steel Industry for about 8 years and handled the Accounts and Private Equity investments.
She joined VPH in 2014 as Senior Audit Executive. Presently she is working as Partner and looking after the Internal Audit Division of the Firm.
