In this segment we primarily concentrate on Start up business units and small and medium enterprises. We identify our role in the area of payroll management, assistance in maintenance of books of accounts, compliances with various statutes like PF, ESIC, PT, ETDS, VAT, Service Tax etc.
- Maintaining Accounts of small and medium enterprises.
- Maintaining record of taxes deducted and paid and filing of Quarterly TDS Returns.
- Preparation of Form No. 16 and Form No. 16A for the deductees
- Periodic VAT and Service Tax Returns.
- Preparation of MIS and other reports required by the Top Management.
- Payroll management including compliance with Provident Fund (PF), Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Profession Tax (PT)
- Obtaining Director Identification Number (DIN), Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and Maintenance of Secretarial Records
- Filing Annual Return and other forms with Registrar of Companies (ROC)
